Both the Registration Form and Budget Request Form must be submitted via email to the SBA President, Quentin Becker, and the SBA Treasurer, Giancarlos Rodriguez, by 5:00 PM ON APRIL 27, 2018.

Don't reinvent the wheel! All of the Student Organization Registration & Budget Request Forms submitted last year can be found on Box under the 2018-2019 Student Organization Registration and Budget Request Resources file folder. In this folder, you will also find a document with every current student organization's mission statement / description. Use your W&L username and password to log in.

Remember - Executive Committee funding is restricted!
The restrictions can be found in Article IX of the EC Recognition and Budget Policy. The main thing to remember is that EC funds cannot be used for t-shirts, alcohol, or travel. SBA funding is much less limited.
Organizations requesting in excess of 120% of their 2017-2018 allocation must submit their 2018-2019 budget request and an explanation justifying the 120% increase by 5:00 PM on April 20, 2018.
